The Martin Hawtree-designed short game range, chipping and bunker greens are of the highest standard, and when you enter the extensive Performance Academy you will fully recognise the high quality of this facility, a quality underlined by the attention to detail to make this one of the best facilities in the world. It is the perfect setting for golfers of all ages, levels and abilities to enhance their golfing skills and warm up with a few shots before your round.
Along with expert advice and state of the art facilities, the Indoor Performance Centre is equipped with the most advanced technology in the game including; TrackMan4, SAM PuttLab, SAM Balance Lab, slow-motion video analysis, Puttview and fitness equipment.
Short Game Academy
Our 5 acre Martin Hawtree designed short-game area consists of a Short Game Range with a large undulating grass tee to simulate the rolling links experience with three target greens ranging from 40 to 100 yards. We also have two purpose built short game greens to simulate chipping, lob shots, chip and run shots, and greenside bunker shots that you will find on the course. In total we have seven greens for practice within 100 yards of the first tee. All areas are maintained to the highest standards, and reflective of the greens you will find on our courses. With these superb facilities our Academy is undoubtedly the best place to come to improve all aspects of your short game.
Indoor Performance Centre
A 3000 sq feet state-of-the-art indoor golf facility, delivering a premium practice, coaching, club fitting and club repair experience. The Performance Centre consists of three main areas, the Teaching & Custom Fitting Studio equipped with a Trackman4 launch monitor, Sam Balance Lab, Sam Putt Lab and high-speed cameras all of which enhance the coaching and custom fitting experience. You can receive your swing videos and a full Trackman report via email to help you remember the important aspects of your session. The Members Suite consists of a Trackman4 simulator for teams and members to work on various skills in their own time, a large putting complex with the latest putting technology, PuttView, as well as a warm-up/stretching area.
