Welcome to The Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant by Wild at Lahinch Golf Club
Lahinch Golf Club is delighted to welcome its new catering partners, Aoife McMullan and Ryan Fitzpatrick of Wild Catering. With a shared passion for hospitality, quality ingredients, and memorable dining experiences, they bring a fresh and exciting new chapter to the Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant.
Ryan began his culinary journey at a young age, developing his skills in local kitchens before moving to New York, where he worked with leading catering companies and in Michelin-starred restaurant A Voce. On returning to Ireland, he continued to refine his craft in some of the country’s most prestigious five-star properties, including Ashford Castle, The Europe Hotel & Resort, The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens, and Adare Manor, as well as working abroad in France and Japan as a private chef.
Aoife’s hospitality career began in her native Cork. After completing a degree in Business with Hospitality Management, she gained extensive experience across Ireland’s top five-star hotels, including The Europe Hotel & Resort, The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens, and Adare Manor. She later moved to New York, where she worked as Operations Manager at The Royalton Hotel in Manhattan.
Together, Aoife and Ryan founded Wild Catering, which has grown from intimate at-home dining experiences into a well-established catering business specialising in weddings, private events, and bespoke dining.
At Lahinch, they look forward to delivering a relaxed yet refined dining experience, centred around seasonal food, warm service, and a genuine sense of hospitality that reflects the spirit of the Club.
